Knee pain

Caution: Please first refer to an orthopedist or your local hospital for deformation and pain surrounding the knee-bone area.
If the bone has no problems, you can solve knee pain by strengthening your muscles.

(1)The early stage where you can feel a light pain
You may feel discomfort in your knees or it has become harder to bend your knees.  That's the beginning of knee trouble.
The reason could be from aging, an aftereffect of an injury, an accident, the overuse of knees in sports or exhaustion from work (carrying heavy items) etc.
Gaining weight also puts stress on knees.

Knee pain will be eased by massaging the calf.

(2)The winter type that hurts only during cold seasons
If you are the person who feels pain when it's cold due to the season or an air conditioner, you need a plan to not cool your body down and ease the pain.
First, try not to eat cooling foods such as, fresh vegetables in a cold season if you are easy to feel cold!
To eat vegetables, you should eat them as a soup, a stew or sauteed dishes as much as you can.
You can ease the pain by eating ginger (dried ginger is better), onion or other allium foods which will warm your body and by avoiding cooling foods as much as possible.
We also recommend the latest in thermal underwear or high socks.

First, try not to cool your body!
Second, don't push yourself.
Muscular strength can get weaker although you feel that you are still young.
Even though you think that the pain will lessen, it won't get better by doing nothing.
It's better if you could figure out the reason of what caused the pain.
For example, if you started feeling pain in your knees, back and feet after you started to wear a new pair of shoes, you can stop the pain from getting worse by not wearing the shoes.  You will hurt your body more if you keep wearing your new favorite shoes which is the source of the trouble.


Don't wear shoes which do not match your feet!
If you can't throw them away, you should wear them only for a short time on special occasions like a party.
